Geography and astronomy: interfaces, dialogues and teaching proposals for basic education

There are interfaces between Astronomy and Geography, mainly due to the influence that cosmic phenomena have on the Earth's surface. In relation to Basic Education, the contents and knowledge of Astronomy are worked on, in subjects / disciplines of Sciences, Physics, and also in Geography classes. This affinity, between the fields of knowledge, led to the production of this article, without qualifications, fundamentally, to discuss the contents and concepts of Astronomy covered in Geography classes. For this, it was used as a method of bibliographic research, based mainly on scientific articles, based on questions, of dialogue on what is the connection between Astronomy and Geography, and how these subjects are or are left to be analyzed, in addition to what that happens. Concluding with some suggestions of pedagogical practices in order not to leave a discussion only in theory, and to make the dialogue something more palpable
