“Empresarizacao” in the Figueirense soccer club and Sport International Club
Abstract
Due to growing influence of the companies in the world today, the strategies, the language, the techniques and the profit, previously restricted dimensions to this type of organization, overflowed to other types of organizations, whose main objective was not the financial result. In this context, intended to analyze the influence of the bussines model (enterprisation) exerts on soccer clubs participating of the 2005 Brazilian Championship (Figueirense and Internacional). To accomplish this research of a descriptive-interpretative nature, it was used a technique of multi-case study. The subjects were selected by judgement and the data were collected in two ways: secondary data colecting and primary data collecting. According to selected indicators, it was evidenced that Internacional has an enterprisation process more “advanced” than Figueirense. Besides, this clubs suffered deep modifications, as it shows: alteration of the club into fan's relationship; modification of the competition notion and the athletes' transformation in products.Downloads
