Creative Andragogical Practices in Management Higher Education: effectiveness to learningor "mise en scène"?

This case study analyzes the effect of the andragogical creative approaches applied tothe didactic discipline of higher education, in the postgraduate course ofAdministration at a Brazilian university. It wasapplied the pragmatic analysis oflanguage as a methodological procedure in the semi-structured interviews with tenstudents, considering four themes: teacher and student relationship; reasons forlearning; student experience; orientation to learning. Theresults demonstrated thatandragogic approaches contribute to student learning and develop creativity, criticalthinking, reflection, flexibility, openness to new situations, responsibility andinterpersonal relationships. Consequently, the creativity usedin a judicious way andwith a focus on learning brings gains to learning.
