Urban parks promote multiple Ecosystem Services that can contribute to the improvement of the physical and mental well-being of the inhabitants. However, due to the restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, many citizens cannot access these spaces. Aiming to identify the impact caused by these restrictions on the perception of visitors, this study analysed the users' Willingness to Pay for these services in three urban parks in the city of Recife. By Using the Contingent Valuation Method and the statistical model of Bivariate Probit, it was identified that there was no significant variation in perception between periods. It was observed that before the pandemic, 73% of respondents said they were Willingness to Pay, while after the pandemic period, this percentage dropped to 58%. Finally, the research provides that the questionnaire application format can influence the samples since online questionnaires have the bias of reaching people with higher income and education.
