LA FUNCIÓN DE LA ORALIDAD A TRAVÉS DE LOS MITOS Y LEYENDAS. SU PAPEL EN LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LA PERTENENCIA CULTURAL EN PUEBLOS ABORÍGENES NICARAOS Y CHOROTEGAS.
Abstract
En el presente artículo se pretende valorar la función primitiva de las fuentes orales. En él se analiza la situación de pertenencia territorial con sus derivaciones que los mitos y leyendas provocaron en el espíritu de identidad colectiva de las sociedades aborígenes nicaragüenses (Nicaraos y Chorotegas). Esta fue expresada como la contienda inicial entre aparatos conceptuales tan diversos. Se valora cómo estos mitos y leyendas fueron trasladados de una generación a otra a través de la vía oral, como correspondía en un pueblo sin escritura.
