O projeto resgate de documentação histórica Barão do Rio Branco: acesso às fontes da história do Brasil existentes no exterior
Abstract
Linhas gerais do Projeto Resgate apresentando a origem, formação, estrutura, objetivos e resultados deste trabalho de identificação, descrição, digitalização e difusão (por via impressa e digital) dos documentos de interesse da história do Brasil existentes nos arquivos europeus, com ênfase nas atividades desenvolvidas no Arquivo Histórico Ultramarino, em Lisboa, onde se encontram abundantes e variados registros da administração portuguesa no Brasil colonial entre os séculos XVI e XIX.
