A tradição cerâmica Tupiguarani na América do Sul (Tupiguarani Ceramic Tradition in South America)

No leste da América do Sul - principalmente na chamada faixa costeira, entre a desembocadura do rio da Prata e o Nordeste do Brasil e nas bacias dos rios Paraná e Uruguai - foram identificados mais de mil sítios arqueológicos com uma cerâmica, que proponho, teria pertencido aos antepassados dos Tupi-Guarani históricos, um modelo interpretativo de cujas migrações pré-históricas é apresentado.
In eastern South America - mainly in the so-called coastal strip, between the mouth of the La Plata river and northeastern Brazil and in the Paraná and Uruguay river basins - over a thousand archaeological sites were identified with a pottery, which I propose, would have belonged to to the ancestors of the historical Tupi-Guarani, an interpretative model of whose prehistoric migrations is presented.
