Upon submitting an article to the CLIO Journal, the author guarantees that the article is original and that it does not contain calumnious or defamatory declarations, that it does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, be they commercial, industrial or third party, as well as promptly reimbursing the Federal University of Pernambuco/ CLIO Journal for any indemnities, harm caused or costs which may occur because of any breach of these guarantees.
