O PROJETO PAISAGÍSTICO, AS FUNÇÕES E O USO DOS PARQUES URBANOS - O PARQUE 13 DE MAIO.
Abstract
O conteúdo do texto aborda o processo histórico da criação do Parque 13 de Maio, o primeiro parque urbano da cidade do Recife, enfocando as diferentes expressões de projeto paisagístico elaboradas, as influências européias no tratamento da paisagem e as implicações a nível econômico, político-administrativo e cultural que subjugaram o planejamento físico da cidade e a consolidação dos espaços livres e verdes de caráter público.Também são ressaltados aspectos da composição visual do parque e sua relação com o entorno, da função e do uso, incluindo problemas enfrentados naquele espaço, para mostrar, entre outras contribuições, que as modificações ocorridas nos projetos implementados guardam relação com as necessidades sociais dos usuários ao longo do tempo.Downloads
