A IMPERIOSIDADE DE UM PLANO DE PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO E PESQUISA PARA A REGIÃO NORDESTE.
Abstract
Este trabalho analisa a conjuntura nacional e a transição de governo, a nível federal e nos Estados, onde as diretrizes a serem implementadas talvez impliquem em profundas reformas no Estado brasileiro. Há visíveis tendências de medidas que repercutirão sobre as Universidades, desde a política de recursos humanos na administração pública até a política de investimentos em educação e em ciência e tecnologia. A Pós-Graduação e a Pesquisa se disseminam diferenciadamente, mas pode-se dizer, de modo genérico, que se constituem em práticas sociais pouco enraizadas, bastante desproporcionais à extensão e à profundidade que lhes seriam necessárias para darem conta das demandas do desenvolvimento regional.Downloads
