Abstract
This third issue of CLIO magazine, without losing its identification with the line advocated since the first issue, marks a new moment in its short editorial life. Having the creator and first director of the journal, Prof. Armando Souto Maior, former Coordinator of the Master Course in History of UFPE, invited by Rector Geraldo Lafayette to direct the Dean for Research and Postgraduate Affairs, succeeded him in the Coordination of the Master´s Degree Course. Marc Jay Hoffnagel and in the direction of the Journal, Abdias Moura. This number, however, had been previously outlined. Thus, following the recommendation of the new Dean, the magazine was followed up, already opening its pages for the presentation of works of researchers linked to other Universities.
