Analisa o Documento Diretrizes para uma Política Nacional de Educação de Adultosproduzido pela Comissão Paritária nomeada pelo MEC em 08 de março de 1987.Apresenta suas contradições e limites teóricos e políticos propondo agumas explicações e sugestões.
