MUNICIPALIZAÇÃO DO ENSINO: AVANÇO NO DESAFIO

Abstract

O artigo procura defender a municipalizr.ção do ensino, enquanto proposta compatível com a construção de novas estruturas políticas que rompam com os institutos da tecnoburocracia e da excessiva centralização que perpassa a política educacional do país. Partindo do suposto de que o município é "o eixo decisivo das políticas públicas" e onde, de fato, se circunscreve concretamente nossa vida política e social imediata, qualquer processo que ouse criar um novo fazer democrático não pode passar ao largo da questão da autonomia municipal.
Nestr.s balizas colÕca-se a discussão sobre a municipalização do ensino.
