O ORIENTADOR EDUCACIONAL E SUA INTEGRAÇÃO COM OS DEMAIS EDUCADORES

Abstract

Aborda a questão do papel do especialista em educação em particular o Orientador. Situa o aparecimento deste profissional no contexto da reforma universitária de 1968 e na evolução de uma escola das minorias para uma escola das maiorias.
Questiona a validade da presença do especialista a partir da sua relação com o professor e em função da sua capacidade de contribuir para a melhoria da qualidade do ensino. Apresenta linhas de ação e reflexão baseadas na pedagogia e na sociologia como forma de justificar o trabalho do orientador na escola. Finalniente aponta tendências vigentes nos atuais sistemas de ensino quanto à questão da integração do Orientador Educacional com os demais especialistas e com os professores.
