Estilos de aprendizagem e intenção empreendedora: o caso do curso técnico em administração

O objetivo desta pesquisa é identificar se há correlação entre o estilo de aprendizagem, baseado no modelo de Felder; Silverman (1988) e a intenção em empreender, baseada no modelo de Liñan e Chen (2009). O objeto foram 36 alunos da disciplina de Empreendedorismo do curso técnico em Administração do Instituto Federal de Minas Gerais – Campus Formiga. Em relação à intenção empreendedora, destaca-se o papel das variáveis relacionadas à percepção e atitudes pessoais sobre o tema. É importante afirmar que não há correlação estatística significativa entre o estilo de aprendizagem e a intenção empreendedora; no entanto, é preciso atenção aos estilos de aprendizagem, adotando metodologias adequadas a características dos alunos, com o objetivo de fortalecer a intenção empreendedora.
