Abstract

A história dos homens e mulheres criados sob as fundações da cultura ocidental cristã, tem adquirido ao longo dos séculos as mais diversas  matizes. Percorrer algumas dessas trilhas é visitar um passado que mantém significativas raízes no presente. As práticas e os imaginários da violência projetam na sociedade um conjunto de marcas instituintes de um cenário social, político, cultural e cultural que desafia cotidianamente todos os esforços de superação. Embora cm outros lugares, outros momentos, inúmeras e incontestáveis vezes tudo já tenha sido afirmado é preciso, é necessário voltar a dizê-las, denunciá-las. Incansavelmente, incessantemente.
