Abstract

&te trabalho apresenta uma análise do significado psicossocial do trabalho para
os jovens, tomando por referencial a perspectiva sócio-histórica do desenvolvimento
do psiquismo humano. Através deste referencial resgata-se a evolução histórica
e o significado social e psicológico do trabalho e discute-se a questão da constituição da juventude, relativiz.ando a sua concepção ao considerá-Ia de uma forma concreta e histórica e não mais como uma manifestação única, universal e abstrata. Para sustentar a análise do significado psicossocial do trabalho para os jovens e poder compreender suas manifestações e concepções elegeram-se como referencial as noções de representação social e cotidianidade.
