About the Journal

A Revista Acadêmica da Faculdade de Direito began to be published in the year 1891, being the oldest academic-scientific Law journal still active in Brazil.

We are primarly a portuguese Journal, but we accept submission in english, french, german and spanish.

All our articles are subject both to Editorial evaluation and double peer review and free from charges.

We invite the entire academic community to submit their contributions to our Journal.
