The diferent languages in the Supervised Internship in Geography in the Sisal Territory of Bahia

The present work aims to report the experience of using different languages in teaching Geography, during the Supervised Curricular Internship period in Geography II, in the semester 2023.2, of the Degree in Geography course, at the State University of Bahia (UNEB ), campus XI, held at Escola Municipal Leobino Cardoso Ribeiro, Serrinha-BA, in the final years of Elementary School II, specifically in the 9th year C, morning. This text arises from the following question: can the use of different languages contribute to the teaching-learning process in Geography classes? For this writing, a bibliographical review was necessary, dialoguing with different authors in the area, such as Lorenzo (2015), Alves (2016), Ferreira (2017). The experience with the use of different languages in the Supervised Internship in Geography II, at UNEB, allows us to affirm that they enhance teaching and learning and themes and concepts of Geography in Basic Education.
