The precision agriculture technique is used to define homogeneous zones on agricultural properties, respecting the particularities of the area. Thus, the objective was to evaluate spatial variability and delineate management zones in a commercial area of succession of soybeans and second-crop corn using data on crop productivity, vegetation index and soil clay. The work was carried out in a commercial area of 97.5 ha located in the municipality of Ponta Porã-MS, Brazil, with soybean data from the 2017/18 harvest; 2018/19, 2019/20 and corn second harvest of 2018, 2019 and 2020. Descriptive analysis and data interpolation were carried out to give rise to maps of productivity, granulometry and vegetation index, which later gave rise to differentiated management units. The spectral response of NDVI showed a positive correlation for soybean and corn productivity. It was possible to identify a region with low spatial and temporal variability through productivity and NDVI maps that gave rise to the management zones. The combined use of soil, plant and relief data allows the generation of management zones, with the number of two zones for the study area.
