ABSTRACT
This study aimed to do a study of the planning of basin of the stream Sussuí in Engenheiro Beltrão - PR. and propose a letter of recommendation for deployment of cemeteries in the local because it was installed without prior planning studies. The methodology of work involved review of the literature, visual assessment and preparation of GIS database in Spring 5.06. Will be adopted as a basis for analyzing the parameters of the CONAMA resolution Number 368, which provides for the environmental licensing of cemeteries. A major problem in the cemetery study are the erosion processes that occur within the boundaries of the unit. This erosion is caused mainly by rain water falling on a road which is on average 40 meters from the cemetery and is piped into this establishment. With all the analysis done during the research it appears that the cemetery under study is not in place appropriate because the slope in the area is 6-10% which does not contribute to infiltration of rain water, in addition, there is not concrete wall enclosing this property, if only one screen. The proposed methodology is consistent with reality and proved valid for studies of planning at this site.
