Análise do perfil vertical da temperatura do ar e do solo utilizando componentes principais e geoestatística em floresta no Sudoeste da Amazônia

A temperatura do ar (Tar) está intimamente relacionada com a temperatura do ar no solo (Tsolo), e seu acoplamento pode ser afetado por outros fatores, incluindo a estrutura do dossel e as variáveis meteorológicas. Neste estudo, a dinâmica da Tar e Tsolo foi investigada durante o ano e as estações chuvosa e seca na floresta do sudoeste da Amazônia, Brasil. Uma torre meteorológica de 62 m está monitorando variáveis meteorológicas (temperaturas do ar na superfície em seis alturas: 2, 12, 22, 32, 54 e 62 m) e variáveis térmicas do solo (temperaturas do solo em profundidades de 2, 5, 10, 20 e 50 cm) compreender como a dinâmica do dossel responderá à vertical e temporal e a influência que um alcatrão em cada altura exerce sobre as demais, definindo assim a existência da interação entre a vegetação e o microclima da região, apresentando menor temperatura do ar no interior do dossel. Usando o procedimento geoestatístico, o ciclo de tempo diário foi confirmado. Usando a análise de componentes principais (PCA), a influência da temperatura do ar sobre as outras foi confirmada, além de seu acoplamento influenciado pela estrutura da vegetação, formando assim o microclima da região.
