Resistance as persistence in the field in Moita Bonita - SE

This article aims to analyze resistance as a peasant persistence in Moita Bonita, in the state of Sergipe, highlighting the analysis of the municipality's land structure in the years 1985, 1995/1996 and 2006 with predominance in small properties. Focusing on the diversification of crops, such as sweet potatoes, cassava, peanuts, beans and bananas, in addition to vegetables. For the research, data from the Agricultural Censuses of 1985, 1995/96 and 2006 were used, as well as interviews with small producers to understand the peasant reality of the municipality. With the respective data, the Lorenz Curve was elaborated based on DINIZ (1982) and the results of the Gini Index, based on SANTOS (2016), in addition to the graph of the predominance of properties, linked to the elaboration of the housing deficit maps and poverty, to prove the peasant stay in Moita Bonita, between those years analyzed. Bibliographical surveys were also carried out, for theoretical foundation, together with data collection at SIDRA-IBGE,of the main cultivars in the municipality.
