O Refúgio de Vida Silvestre Matas do Sistema Gurjáu (RVS Gurjaú) é uma Unidade de Conservação (UC) de proteção integral que passou pela conversão de inúmeros hábitats naturais em terras para plantios de cana de açúcar, agricultura de subsistência, pecuária e ocupações humanas, possuindo, desde áreas extremamente degradadas, até áreas bem conservadas. Esse estudo teve como objetivo comparar a diversidade da assembléia de anuros, identificando a presença de gradiente de antropização da RVS Gurjaú. As coletas foram realizadas a partir de dois métodos amostrais: busca passiva (pitfall traps) e buscas ativas, visuais e auditivas, em três sistemas hídricos. Foram registradas 28 espécies de anfíbios anuros entre 2015 e 2016. A totalidade das espécies registradas caracterizou-se por serem típicas de ambientes abertos e adaptadas às áreas alteradas, com Dendropsophus branneri apresentando a maior frequência, estando presente em todos os ambientes. Os sistemas hídricos apresentaram diferenças significativas, sendo Sistema Gurjaú o mais diferente dentre os três. Constatou-se diferença na riqueza, abundância e diversidade nas comunidades de anuros. O Sistema Gurjaú apresentou a maior diversidade, seguido de Secupema e São Salvador. São Salvador sofre com ações antrópicas, não compartilhando nenhuma espécie com os demais sistemas. No sistema Gurjaú, as espécies Dendropsophus elegans, Elachistocleis cesarii e Rhinella granulosa são exclusivas desse ambiente e, em Secupema, as espécies Rhinella crucifer e Scinax fuscomarginatus foram exclusivas desse ambiente.

Refúgio de Vida Silvestre Matas do Sistema Gurjaú (RVS Gurjaú), is a protected area which passed through the changing from many natural habitats to sugarcane plantations, subsistence agriculture, cattle, and human habitation before its creation. This study aimed to compare the diversity and community of frogs, identifying the presence to the anthropic gradient of RVS Gurjaú. Two sampling methods sampled specimens: passive search (pitfall traps) and visual and call search in three aquatic ecosystems. Twenty-eight species of anurans were listed along 2015 and 2016. The totality of species belong to open environments and are adapted to modified areas, and Dendropsophus branneri has the highest frequency, being present in all environments. The water ecosystems showed significant differences, and Gurjaú ecosystem was the most different from the studied areas. Also, it was found differences considering the richness, abundance, and diversity in the frog’s assemblage. The Gurjaú ecosystem showed the highest diversity, followed by Secupema and São Salvador. São Salvador undergoes more anthropic actions, without any common species with the other areas. The Gurjaú System, the species Dendropsophus elegans, Elachistocleis cesarii, and Rhinella granulosa are exclusive in this environment, and Secupema, Rhinella crucifer and Scinax fuscomarginatus were exclusive to this site.Keywords: Bioindicators, Anura diversity, Frog inventory, Protected areas.
