The Fieldwork and Landscape Analysis: the Proposed Methodology in the Itatiaia National Park
ABSTRACT
Recognition of space constitutes one of the activities developed in geography field work. Although classified in several categories and in different perspectives, its adoption appears to be very useful in the teaching-learning process. This paper aims at presenting a methodological itinerary of fieldwork, based on analysis of landscape, according to the geosystems principles proposed by Bertrand (2004), developed in the Itatiaia National Park (RJ), in Agulhas Negras Outpost. In the rout developed are discussed morphostructural processes, morphodynamics processes weathering, evidence of paleoclimatic processes, climate action and its relationship with vegetation cover. Field works are fundamental activities in academic, because they allow to practice the theoretical aspects discussed in classroom. Keywords: landscape, geosystems and fieldwork.
