Forests have been gaining significant notoriety due to their crucial role in carbon sequestration and climate change mitigation, sparking global interest in conservation practices. In this context, geotechnologies are emerging as powerful tools, providing valuable insights for decision-making and large-scale monitoring. However, challenges related to the accuracy of data obtained through the use of drones and remote sensors persist, as these technologies rely on Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) positioning. To achieve better results, robust geodetic infrastructure is necessary, yet in many regions, especially forested areas, there is a lack of such networks, limiting the effectiveness and precision of geotechnologies used in monitoring and managing diverse landscapes. Local geodetic networks play a crucial role in this regard, complementing national infrastructure to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Another factor concerns the absence of studies blending vertices in both ideal and non-ideal situations, such as forest and building interfaces. To address these gaps, this work presents the stages and techniques used in establishing the Cepegeo Geodetic Network, consisting of fifteen vertices deployed across diverse environments. All vertices were surveyed using a combination of conventional topography and geodesy techniques. The data was adjusted to obtain coordinates and accuracies for each vertex, subsequently compiled into descriptive reports. These reports are accessible through the Center for Research and Extension in Geotechnologies (CePE-Geo).
